Refund and Return Policy

At Yew Xin Yuan, we strive to provide you with a seamless online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, in line with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Health and personal care items once opened (e.g., skincare products, supplements).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital goods such as eBooks, software, and downloadable content.
  • Sale or clearance items unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via alice@yxyhealthtech.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Once you receive the RMA, securely pack the item and ship it back to us at 2, Lintang Beringin 2, Jalan Permatang Damar Laut 11960 Bayan Lepas, Penang.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank or payment service provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at alice@yxyhealthtech.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at alice@yxyhealthtech.com with the details of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange or provide an alternative solution.

7. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Return Exceptions

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to address such issues.
